Banner (468x60 pixels) ads are rotated throughout haily.com's national website: haily and haily_investments.

CUSTOM CONTENT SPONSORSHIPS

haily.com will work with you to customize an advertising campaign which includes some or all of the following components:

• Local Market Directory Pages
• Key Local Business Search
• Enhanced Listing in Local Directory
• On Air Schedule
• National or Local Contests
• Surveys

BANNERS

Content:
Banners may incorporate photos, illustrations, and art type (no HTML text). They may be linked to internal (haily.com served pages), and/or externally-hosted pages. Banner images may also be associated with image maps (client or server-side) which link to multiple local and/or internal pages.

Dimensions:
468x60 pixels

Data Type and Size:
jpeg or gif89 files, maximum size 16KB

Filenames:
Standard DOS format, lowercase only

Java & JavaScript:
haily.com will NOT accept "client-side" Java and JavaScript elements for inclusion in an advertisement.

"Server-Side" Java and CGI elements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact your account representative regarding these.

haily.com makes no guarantee for on-time integration of late materials. Artwork, or materials, that do not meet banner dimensions or file size specifications will be modified at the advertiser or agency at their expense, and will affect the start date of the ads in question.

A signed insertion order must be received before materials can be integrated. haily.com will provide advertisers with a monthly bill for their online activity. haily.com may offer discounts to agencies and haily advertisers.

haily.com will aggressively defend the integrity of its content. haily.com reserves the right to reject materials submitted and to discontinue external links, in the event of content changes at the target site.

All banner ads on haily.com will reside on haily's ad server.  Ads must conform to our ad dimension and file size limitations.

This document does not constitute a contract. haily.com reserves the right to negotiate advertising specifics on a client-by-client basis.

Client must sign a Sponsorship Agreement before banner ads will be placed on haily.com.
